Serving the one

CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY FORT MYERS/NAPLES | FORT MYERS CRIMINAL LAWYERS

Yes, the police can conduct a search without a warrant in Florida. One of the easiest ways for them to do so is if you give them consent. If you do not give them consent to search, they still conduct a search if they probable cause to believe that a crime has been committed or is being committed and you are the person committing the crime, then they can search the car for any incriminating evidence. If they have a police dog that sniffs, that there are drugs or controlled substances in your vehicle then that can give them probable cause to search as well.
