Serving the one

There is no set way that childcare expenses can be divided amongst parents in Florida. Sometimes it depends on the parents. If a parent is already paying for childcare cost, they may include it in the child support guideline, and they would get credit for the childcare cost that they are paying. The other parent who is not paying or contributing to that childcare cost would have to pay more money for child support to offset the childcare expense. Things such as health insurance is something that either parent can decide who is going to pay for it, and that will also reduce their financial obligation to that child because it would be included in the child support guideline.
