FORT MYERS ALIMONY ATTORNEY | ALIMONY MODIFICATION ATTORNEY FORT MYERS/NAPLES
It depends. For you to pay alimony in a divorce, the other party has first to ask for it during the divorce process. If they ask for it, they have to prove that one, that they have a need for it; and two, that you have the ability to pay it. If they cannot prove both of those things, then you would not obligate to pay alimony in the State of Florida.
