No it does not. The only time the police have to read you your rights is if they are asking you questions and you are in custody. If they do not ask you questions and you’re not in custody they do not have to read you your rights. Even if they violate your Miranda rights, that does not mean that the arrest is unconstitutional. What it means is they can not use anything that you said at that point in time against you. But they can still have other evidence to go forward on the case against you.
